I'm sorry to everyone for how I've been on the boards for the last couple of days. My answer is no you shouldn't but please don't beat yourself up about feeling so bad. To stop posting is the last thing I would recommend right now. Please reach out for help and if you are feeling so low I do wonder if you should think about chatting to your GP again if thats possible.
