just in case anyone's wondering why the main MadNOTBad site is down - in the moving chaos that is my life i forgot to update my credit card details and so my bill didn't get paid. instead of letting me know, they locked out my site. d'oh. no worries - have updated the info so the site will be back on line in a day or so. that's also why the logos showing on the forum too ... they're all hosted from within my site.

There are a lot of suffering people on these pages, but there is a group which may be able to help.

If you are in Leicester in the UK, where quite a few of us are based, (it's where the forum originated,) you might like to try a group called Trading Times. This is a patient's organisation where we don't work each other over. We do jobs for each other but don't if we don't want to. Mostly we socialise. We have an art group. another thing the newer members of the forum might not know is that the titles you are automatically assigned when you join the forum (settling in, getting comfy, glad 2b mad etc) are customisable.

the only reason these titles exist is cus when i set up the forum i wanted to create a number of phrases that changed the more posts you made.

now i've finished college for the year i've been able to transfer all the posts from the temporary forums back into the main ones. although the vast majority of old posts haven't been recovered, a few seem to have been returned to us. also, the forums themselves should be working ok now.

thanks for your patience, and for sticking with us. am sure that we'll be able to build the forum back up to it's former strength. you're all fab (((group hugs)))
